IPG Tech Legal Management Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (IPG), Law Firm in association with the Chamber is organizing a workshop on “Compliance Management System” on 26th April, 2014 at 10.30 am in the Conference Hall of UCCI.
The workshop will focus on Compliance Management, from the perspective of the Companies Act 2013, which demands greater attention from Companies than ever before. Specific mention will be of section 134 of the Companies Act, 2013.
