The Nari Shakti Committee of UCCIL, on Wednesday morning at 10.30, the 31st of May 2023, had arranged a Workshop on “Women Entrepreneurs’ Interface” spearheaded by President of UCCIL, Dr, Brahma Mishra's expert guidance and leadership. This workshop was conducted in association with the World Trade Centre (WTC), Bhubaneswar chapter.
Smt Usha Padhee, IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of Skill Development & Technical Education, Govt of Odisha, graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Her inspiring and motivating speech concluded with her golden words, "Chase your dream, be competent, do good and it will return many folds, help the less fortunate, stay compassionate, do what you have to do with conviction and sincerity, create the support system to take care of your home and your company and Be Yourself.”
The Guest of Honour Sri Sri P. K. Gupta, Joint Director, MSME, DI, Cuttack responded to all the queries raised by the entrepreneurs present in the forum & deliberated on the schemes of Govt. of India. The Guest of Honour Dr. Smt Rina Ray, Advisor World Trade Center, Bhubaneswar & Chairperson, Mahila Atmanirbhar Abhiyan and Smt Choudhury Jyoshna Das, Convenor, WTC Women Forum, World Trade Centre, Bhubaneswar made remarkable personal presence and learned presentations.
Many of the participating Women Entrepreneurs had displayed their indigenous products in textile, food processing, natural cosmetics and tin items manufacturing in the Workshop premises.
