The 58^th edition of the AGM and Election to all the posts of Directors / Office Bearers & various Advisory Committee members in Small Trade & Services category of UCCIL was held at the Chamber’s premises here on Friday, the 30^th of September under the chairmanship of its President, Mr. Brahma Mishra.

The Annual Report of the Utkal Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ltd was presented by the President followed by presentation by Honourary Secretary and Treasurer and the same was accepted by the AGM. 4 numbers. Board resolution were moved and all were accepted unanimously by the house. Thereafter, Election to the post of Office bearers and Directors was held by the election officers already appointed for the purpose by the Board.

There was huge turn out of members for casting votes, which was held under close supervision of Chief Election Officer, 2 election officers and 3 election observers. Out of 736 members, 618 members exercised their voting rights which was 84% of the total eligible voters. The office bearers are elected in the office for 2 years i.e. 2022-23 & 2023-24 year. Sri Brahma Mishra assumed office of President for the second time.
